These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and crazywin ("crazywin," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at crazywin.one ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the crazywin Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the crazywin Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the crazywin Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of crazywin or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the crazywin Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

By registering on the crazywin Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. crazywin reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if eligibility requirements are not met.

Each eligible person may register only one (1) account on the crazywin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update it if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crazywin account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. crazywin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify crazywin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• crazywin may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary.
• Accepted KYC documents include valid Philippine government-issued IDs such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or UMID card.

All transactions on the crazywin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). crazywin supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players:

• GCash — Instant deposits and same-day withdrawals (subject to daily cutoff times).
• PayMaya / Maya — Instant deposits and withdrawals.
• Bank Transfer — Supported banks include BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank.
• Debit Card — Philippine-issued debit cards linked to supported banks.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request. crazywin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the crazywin account holder.

crazywin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to applicable transaction limits, which may be updated from time to time.

crazywin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all crazywin promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's terms.
• crazywin reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Unused bonus funds and free spins will be forfeited upon expiry.
• crazywin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the crazywin Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the individual game information panels.

By participating in any game on the crazywin Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by RNG software and is entirely random. Past results do not influence future outcomes.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on crazywin's servers, the server-side result shall be the definitive record.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, crazywin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• crazywin reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crazywin Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or unauthorized payment method.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one crazywin account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker and live dealer games.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through systematic wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Money Laundering: Using the crazywin Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. crazywin complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• Unauthorized Software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider. Any confirmed chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.

crazywin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered crazywin players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the crazywin Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

crazywin strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

All content on the crazywin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform ("Content"), is the exclusive property of crazywin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Content without prior written consent from crazywin.
• Use any crazywin trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, crazywin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

crazywin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your crazywin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

crazywin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. crazywin makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform or its content.

crazywin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• At crazywin's sole discretion for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

You may close your crazywin account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) serves as the primary regulatory authority overseeing crazywin's operations.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the crazywin Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting crazywin's support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

crazywin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, crazywin will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the crazywin Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
